Can't perform a factory reset on my Versa 3

Holding button on side does nothing.  When I go to Settings the screen just goes blank.  When charging I get green circle with battery inside that goes blan after a couple of seconds.

Hi @jeaniedaniel1 - restarting the watch may cure the issue try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

If settings is still inoperable a factory reset (not without risk) may resolve it.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support to get help doing it as it can't be done via settings, obviously.

Actually Factory Reset is what I am trying to do, but cannot make it work.
