Can't perform a factory reset on my Versa

my versa is not factory resting i have deleted the app without thinking and now needing to factory reset on my new phone but holding down all buttons is not working . 

Help please.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know why you were trying a factory reset. Did it stop working? If so, please let me know more details about the issues that your watch is experiencing.

My Fitbit started staying on and would not shut off. Woke up to it being a lite up screen with nothing on it. Tried to reset and now it won’t do anything.

Since you mentioned that your Versa wouldn't turn off even though you performed a reset, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone.
