Can't put band on new Versa

Hi received a replacement due to problems with the first one.

However so far I haven't been able to get the band on my new Fitbit.

 

On my old Fitbit I can excange band in seconds on the new one I've been trying for over an hour (with the same band) and it won't stay put.

Are the holes in the Fitbit in the Fitbit in slightly different places? Because I have no idea what the difference could be.

Yep, I did that.
I did the same thing on both Fitbits and it worked for the old one, but the new.
Fortunately I eventually managed to get it to click.
I still think it's weird that it's so easy on one Fitbit and so difficult on the other.
