Hey all,
Wondering if someone could help please....
I've been given/lent a Versa to be playing around with at work, and am having problems pairing/updating. I've done a factory reset a couple of times, and it's been paired successfully with the phone recently (Hauwei P9), but I can't do it now at all.
Here's what I did:
Did a factory reset on the watch
Restarted the watch
Gone into the app and did a 'add device', which prompted me to delete the existing pairing
I get to the pin code screen, then it successfully gets on the wifi but doesn't get further than step 1/3 before the red cross comes up on the watch screen.
The watch then goes back to the start screen (i.e. "install the fitbit app" in different languages)
I've tried resetting the app and doing an update but that doesn't do anything either
Does it matter that I've had the watch paired to 2 different phones (both android if that makes any difference) with 2 user IDs? Is there a limit on the number of times it can be reset?

OK I <think> I've solved it.
Skipped Wifi and updated via Bluetooth. It appears to be working now, but at this rate won't be completed until sometime next week.
