On my fitbit versa 2, I had to reload the app on phone, I've allowed permission for everything, but can't read messages, emails or see who is calling on my watch? What am I doing wrong? I don't have do not disturb on or sleep mode both are off? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi there, @Lisajane1971. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please check if "Preview new messages". To do so, open the Message+ app, then go to "Settings", then "Notifications", then "In-app notification settings", then enable "Preview new messages".
If the above wasn't enable, try enabling it and then test your notifications to see if they can be open the way it's expected.
