Hello,

my Versa 3 will receive a notification that I have a WhatsApp message but when I select it I only have the option to clear it, I can’t open or read it. Any ideas how to resolve this?

I have an iPhone 12.

Hi there, @Cxdona. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

As a friendly reminder, please make sure Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.  In your Message App make sure it’s set like this:

  • Allow Notifications—On
  • Alerts Notification Center—On
  • Show Previews—Always or When Unlocked
