I get a notification that I have a text or email click on open and nothing comes up.

I can see that I have a text or email but I cannot open and read them on my watch. I have a samsung phone

@SJ57, I,m sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry about the confusion on my end.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if you are able to view your messages properly.
