My wife and I both have The Versa2 we also have the same android cell phones.
Mine receives calls and notifications fine.
Hers will not receive calls, but does show a missed call, texts go to it fine.
Any ideas on the fix?

Hi @JAZZYG1, thank you for getting back and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps. Please make sure that your Fitbit Versa has the most recent firmware update.
Please follow the steps included in this help page in order to learn how to update your watch. After this, turn off and on the notifications again and see if your watch receives notifications properly.
