My versa doesn’t receive any Messages or text anymore

Thanks for getting back to us @Uschin. I'm sorry to hear that you can't receive messages and texts on your Versa and thank you for letting us know that DND is off.

Check you have not accidentally turned on DND (do not disturb).

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
