Can't receive notifications for watsapp or messenger call

I cant receive notifications for watsapp or messenger calls can anyone help please

What phone? Did you enable them in the Fitbit app?

Samsung A21s, yeah i can receive normal calls and other notifications just not watsapp calls or messenger

Hi @SamanthaScott  - in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, notifications, and app notifications, it should appear.

J'ai la Versa 3 depuis quelques jours et je viens de voir que pour avoir les notifications des messages, il faut choisir entre sms, messenger et whatsapp

On ne peut pas recevoir les notifications des 3

Je trouve ça un peu dommage

Bonjour @Myrthille - c'est possible. Quand vous choisissez les sélections dans notifications, aussi cliquez sur app notifications et là vous pouvez choisir les autres applis.

Merci pour votre réponse @mec_, j'ai été dans les paramètres, je suis sur "message" et quand je clique sur "whatsapp", ça décoche "message"

Je ne peux faire qu'un choix 

Dans les tests de la Versa 3, c'était marqué qu'il faudrait faire un choix entre message, whatsapp et messenger pour choisir la messagerie principale

Et pour les mails, idem

@Myrthille  - après ce choix il faut continuer avec tous les applis, un peu plus bas dans les paramètres.
