I hv a pocophone F1 by Xiaomi 

The watch is synced and notifies incoming calls

But doesn't show notifications related to any other app neither messaging nor mails

Hi @GAMBITJ  I think the problem is that your phone is not on the Supported Devices List

All you can do is try all the steps suggested in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting Notifications.
