Can’t receive txt or Whatsapp notification on my Fitbit Versa

Hello! 

Just got my Fitbit Versa 2, all is good and love it! For some reason everything works, except receiving txts and whatapp notifications on my fitbit. I’ve done everything such as syncing, restarting device and deleting the Fitbit app. All my notifications in the app are on as well. Please help me with this problem. Thank you!

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Regarding the notifications issue, I'd like you to check out Kate's post where she shared extra information about this issue and some steps that you can try in the meantime.
