Can't remove KPay from watch

Still cannot remove KPay from my watch. Already installed a free clock face

Thank you! I spoke to a representative who thought he guided me to a 'free' clock face. However, in speaking to the second representative, he guided me to an actual Fitbit free face and the message finally disappeared. Thank you!
