So excited today to unbox my brand new Versa. Everything was running fine. I looked at available apps for download through the fitbit app. I downloaded and installed the Calculator app. BIG MISTAKE!!! I can't get to anything now. Swiping up, down, left, right = Calculator app. Touching the screen after the clock appears = Calculator app. Pressing each of the two right side buttons = Calculator app. I've uninstalled it from my list of apps yet it's still on my watch. I've tried a shut down and reset from the buttons. Still on my watch. I've emailed the developer and am awaiting a reply. Why does fitbit even include apps for download that aren't tested and stable??? Does anyone have any suggestions? For a reset I held down all three buttons together. When the logo appeared, I released the lower right button, waited a few seconds then released the other two. Am I doing this correctly? Thank you all for any advice. -Cathy

At the risk of looking like a complete **ahem**, I will share what my mistake was. Here goes ... What I was seeing on the screen on my Versa was not the Calculator app which I had just downloaded, but the PIN screen. D'Oh!  Yes, it came up for the first time right after I downloaded the app. I tell you all this so that none of you waste valuable time trying to figure this one out. Oh, and because I can't delete my original post. 😉 Carry on!
