How can I remove a card from a fitbit pay account if it doesn't show up in my wallet?

Regarding your inquiry, please check if your card works with Fitbit Pay by clicking here Supported Banks and Transit List.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the following:

  • Restart your Fitbit device and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on your phone. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Try adding your card once again.

Hello there, @Gsv54. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit Pay. 

As per the description of your post it seems like the card was already removed. Note After you delete a card from Fitbit Pay, the card is removed from the Wallet and you can no longer use it to make payments with your device. To make sure you did remove it correctly, verify the following steps:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image, then tap the Wallet tile.
  3. Tap the card you want to delete.
  4. Tap Remove Card.

I can't remove the card from the wallet because the wallet is empty. But when I try to add a card to the wallet, I get a message that it has already been added to the fitbay pay account. The bank told me that they support fitbit pay. But does fitbit pay work with Belarusian banks? Perhaps the problem is this.
