Why can't I reply to a message in the fitbit app from another community member/friend?

The little arrow in the upper corner remains grey and I cannot sent out my response?

Any suggestions/ideas on why?

@Silkesmooth would it be possible to show a screen shot of your problem? I've just looked in my app and the word "send" turns from grey to green as soon as a response is typed in the space below their mage to me.

It Used to do that the first few times and now it doesnt...It doesn't turn green anymore and the typed message connot be sent

What operating system is your phone and have you tried force quitting the app and restarting it?
