Can't restart my Versa3

When I hold the buttons for 10-seconds to restart my Versa3, the Fitbit logo does not appear; message shows "setup voice assistant."  Many problems now with device : No sleep scores, missing metrics, plus bad weather  info.  I have contacted Support 4times; they resolved other problems I was having  but not those I just listed.  Wondering if I should just  trash my Versa3?

Hi @fincherb - your watch may be fine, it can be just a configuration problem.

The restart isn't working because you are long pressing the button which takes you to voice assistant. This means that you didn't hold the button for 10 seconds, or hold it properly.

It would also seem your watch is not syncing properly, try logout of the Fitbit App and a phone restart.

If you are having problems with the button, in the watch Settings menu at the bottom do a Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charge it.

When both have been restarted you may be working again. In case not see

Note: In watch settings, Shortcuts, you can turn off long press

Also try turning the screen on and off with the button to ensure you have the knack for using the button before using it to do a restart another time.
