I need to know why I cannot see my clock anymore and why my settings will not open. Was there an update? If so you need to fix this. My watch has been amazing and I love it, but if this is what happens to it in a short time then I will not recommend this product to anyone else.

HI @VIrkwolfgirl - it is not clear what you do see on the watch, but if it is nothing it may need charging and there may be an issue charging it, if so see this article How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I’ve only had mine a week and all of a sudden today the screen won’t light up or anything. It’s on as it’s syncing and the back sensors are lit up but the screen won’t do anything. Battery was still at 33% so not sure what’s going on. Not happy though as as I said it’s a week old.

Hi @Charlotte.s89x - that is odd. Try double tap the screen and swipe in any direction, if that works try changing the clock face, it may have a fault.
Otherwise try restarting the watch with button, hold it for at least 8 seconds till it vibrates and hopefully the logo will appear.

My screen doesn’t do anything! So double tapping it nothing is coming up. I’ve turned it on and off and nothing. Still nothing! It’s really annoyed me to be honest with it been so new! I just don’t get it as it’s working clearly as it’s syncing to my app and the sensors are on! Just can’t actually use it!

@Charlotte.s89x - it would seem it is clearly faulty. Get a refund where you bought it.
Sometimes getting a replacement can take some time, so getting a new boxed one means you extend the warranty from the date of purchase of the new one.
