My versa 3 has stopped letting 'pull down' from the home screen to see notifications. It vibrates when a new message comes through, but I can't access the screen from my device.

It's also stopped showing the charging screen when I charge it.

All other screens are working OK

Hey @Seggyb406. Have you tried to restart the device or tried a reset? Also worth a shot maybe changing the clock face.
