I bought my versa lite yesterday from a friend. It took 12 hrs to update nut I cant get my phone messages to alert me on my versa when they are on my phone. Can this smartwatch not do that or what am I doing wrong.

Hi @Melanie06, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa Lite is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you managed to get the notifications set up.

 

In the meantime, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. Also, follow the steps listed in this article in order to set up the notifications on your Versa Lite.
