Can't see my stats while swimming with the Versa 3

Hi, in swimming mode, I can only see time on The smartwatch during the session. I can’t change stats and see distance or laps etc etc.

In this way I can’t see the distance progress while I’m swimming

Hi there, @AmeDiM82. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Please note that on Versa 3, you'll need to review a post-workout summary on your wrist. For complete swim stats, review your exercise history in the Fitbit app. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the exercise tile > your most recent swim. For more information, see How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?

Hope this clarifies your inquiry.

Hi,

but The very important thing for a swimmer like me, is to see during The training session The distance! But on my Versa 3, I can only see The time during swimming session.
It’s a bad thing. Can you improve this function? All my friends have The same need

@AmeDiM82 I totally understand where you're coming from.

Please note that heart-rate tracking is disabled during your swim workout.

On the other hand, thanks for taking the time to share this suggestion about showing real-time laps on your Versa 3 while swimming. We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. I'd suggest adding your comment and vote to this feature: Please add swim lap counting to Versa 3. If this suggestion receives votes from other customers and gains popularity, it will be shared internally with various teams at Fitbit. To learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed, visit our FAQs.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for participating in our community!

Thanks so much for your attention. I used other smartwatch still yesterday, and I’d like to have The good things even on this Versa 3. For a Swimmer The very important thing is to see total distance and real time laps during a swimming session. It would be great to see even rhytm on 100 mts and swolf in real time….

I try to suggest how make better this smartwatch based on my experience even with other devices

They took this excellent feature away starting with the with the Versa 2.  The Fitbit company wants you to get your phone and the end of a swimming lap session to look for stats then get back in the pool.   It’s absolutely ridiculous.   I use a Versa (original) just for this reason.

Most touch screens do not work when they are wet?

The Versa 1 will work when it is wet mine does.   You can’t do anything under water but with the watch wet it works.   Again no stats are dispalYed on Versa 2 or 3
