Can't see text messages on Versa when phone is locked.

My fitbit versa will not show my text messages when my phone is locked.  I am able to see who is texting me, but when my phone is locked, I can not see the message on my Versa.  I have to leave my phone locked at all times due to work. I have a Motorola Moto Z2 Android phone.  I have searched the help topics & could not find any answers.  Any suggestions?

Hi @NMWaters , seems to me a simple problem: unlock your phone when your not working anymore and the problem will be solved. This is not criticism, but just reality. Regards kuzibri

Unfortunately yes, it has to stay locked at all times when not in use.

This means that you can forget receiving text messages on your Versa. Strange company rules IMO, regards and good luck kuzibri
