Can't see text messages on versa 2

I have a versa 2 and i get a notification that i have a text message but don't see who the messages is from and can't open the message. But when i receive a whatsapp message i can see who it's from and can see the message. I've looked at my settings on my phone and fitbit app and everything looks ok but i must have something not set up properly. Any suggestions?

I'm having same problem and posted several weeks back. I still have not a response from anyone that works. I'm not real familiar with using this forum so if u find a solution will u please send it to me as well ?

Been having the same issue for weeks, with no notification of texts nor will they appear on Fitbit. Having same issues with incoming calls.
