Can’t see water on my Fitbit

The water log isn’t showing on my Fitbit Versa. I can see it in the app, just not on the actual Fitbit. I already checked to make sure I had it checked for tracking in settings, but it is missing from that list also.

Same problem here. The today app is not showing water or sleep. The new firmware was supposed to show this and calories but I have none. I tried hard reset and updated the device twice without luck.

Hi.  I just had the same problem.  Restarted my Versa and it still wasn't there.  Neither where some of the other options.  However a few minutes later the missing items returned.  I also fully closed the Fitbit app and then re-opened it.. Don't know if that helped or not.

@ Lisa It worked!!!  I completely closed the app and restarted my Iphone and Versa. A few minutes later I have all the stats for the first time since the new firmware launched last year!   You solved my problem. Thank you so much for your help
