Can't select any exercises on my versa 3

Since a day I can't select a workout or walk on my fitbit.

When I select "Exercise" it goes back to .."exercise"  not able to select further.

As a result the work-out doesn't show on my stats.

I already tried shutting down and restart.

Any idea?

@ketomama1 , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

I assume that you tried the restart with the help of the menu on the settings app on the Versa 3. 

If you haven't done so, charge the Versa 3 at least for 30 minutes. 
Remove it from the charging cable. 
Press and hold the button for 8 seconds. 
When you see the Fitbit logo release the button. 

The Versa 3 should restart again.
