So I wanted to try some clock faces but it won’t allow me to select a lot of them. It always says “if you want this clock face make sure your Fitbit app and Fitbit device is updated. Click here to learn more.” But the page won’t tell me how to update it. Only to see if it’s updated and how long it will take and other things like that. Like some clock faces have a red select button and others have a grey select button which are the ones I can’t select.

ISSUE: The Select button is grayed out on the clock face I want and there's a notice to make sure my brand-new Fitbit Versa 2 is fully updated.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVICE: The Versa 2 is downloading the latest update in the background. It will take another 72 hours to get the entire update downloaded and there's no way to speed up the process. On Sunday morning the download should be complete and I can try again to select the clock face I want.
CLOCK FACE: Simple with Large Text is the clock face I want. The simple design and large text should be readable in the gymf or old eyes like mine even without my glasses. 😉
