I have a Versa 3 and use the clock face that is customizable with a personal picture. I am not able to change the picture now. When I click to customize, it goes to a white blank screen and no error msg, etc.

Hi @Wildcatfan62 - this is a fault in the new V4 Fitbit App which affects Android users.

I have the same problem with customizing clock faces on my Versa 3. I am waiting for days now for a solution. Please, please Fitbit/Google people, when will the Fitbit app be repaired?...

Me too Martin. It’s frustrating. I contacted the app maker and he said we need to give permission in settings. But there’s no link for permission.🤷:male_sign:
