Hi there @Vivek_1, thanks for getting back and for the update.

Please check the country set on your android phone. Below are the supported country for voice control:

North & South America

  • United States (English)

  • Canada (English)

  • Canada (French)

  • Mexico (Spanish)

Europe

  • Austria (German)

  • France (French)

  • Germany (German)

  • Ireland (English)

  • Italy (Italian)

  • Spain (Spanish)

  • United Kingdom (English)

Asia

  • India (English)

  • Japan (Japanese)

Australia & New Zealand

  • Australia (English)

  • New Zealand (English)

Please confirm if you were able to follow the steps below:

1.Go to  http://alexa.amazon.com
2.Sign-in or create a new amazon account
2.Find the Fitbit Skill.
3.Click or tap Enable.
4.Log in using your Fitbit account credentials and give permission for the Alexa app to access your profile and data.

On the app follow these steps:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Amazon Alexa > Login with Amazon.
  3. Tap Get Started.
  4. Log in to your Amazon account or create one if necessary.
  5. Read about what Alexa can do, and tap Close to return to your device settings in the Fitbit app.

On a side note, please know Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 or higher, Android OS 7.0 or higher, and Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher. For the latest list of devices that support the Fitbit app for Android, see Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Hi there @Vivek_1, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble to set up Alexa on your Versa 2, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I'll be glad to help you.

In order to solve the issue, please:

  1. Clear the cookies on your phone, see support.google.com.
  2. Try again to set up Alexa in the Fitbit app.

Keep your phone within 30 feet of your watch. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync your watch. The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone for your voice assistant to work. Your phone must have an internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or a cellular data signal.

Follow the instructions in How do I set up a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch? If you already set up Alexa, sync your watch.

Let me know how it goes.
