Can't set up Facebook Messenger notifications on my Versa 3

Hi I just got a Versa 3 as my Versa 2 broke but I cannot link Facebook messenger to it so that I get notifications on my versa 3 like I used to on my versa 2, it’s not even on the list of apps when I go in to set up notifications. Anyone know how to fix this please

Hi there, @AnnMarieOC. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

 

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a message on Facebook Messenger, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that Facebook Messenger is already an option to be selected. 

 

I'd recommend following the steps in the article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
