Can't set up WhatsApp notifications on my Versa 2

Hello,

I do not have the option for WhatsApp on Versa 2.  NOT notification issue.  There is NO WhatsApp app available on my phone app or watch.

Hi there, @Texrands. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

While reading your post, I was wondering if your Versa 2 is fairly new? If so, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell her to send you a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected. Then do the same with her so she can set up WhatsApp notifications on the watch.

Nevertheless, please note that you can choose 1 app per category. The most common apps for these features are:

• Calls—Dialer
• Text messages—Messages
• Calendar events—Calendar
• Emails—Gmail

However, for "Text Messages" section you can only select your primary text messaging app (that can be WhatsApp, your phone's default Message app or any other). Nevertheless, in "App Notifications" section you can select more apps, for example if you decided that for your primary text messaging app you want it to be WhatsApp, in App Notifications you can enable Messages app.
