Can't set up alarms on my Versa 2

On my Versa watch, I click Alarm app, click an existing alarm or “new alarm” button, click the time, I can scroll and set minute or am/pm, but I cannot scroll hour at left side of the screen. 
BTW, the left side of the screen responses to my finger movement in other apps.

Hi there, @Unicore_99. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with the alarms app on your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
