Hi @Susancomiskey - the Versa 2 doesn't have a speaker so it's not possible to do calls on this watch.

Hi there, @Susancomiskey. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

As @Guy_ has mentioned, please note that the on-wrist call feature is only available on Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Sense 2, Fitbit Versa 3, and Fitbit Versa 4 as they use the built-in speaker and microphone to take calls from your wrist. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

Nevertheless, please keep in mind that you can receive call notifications on your Versa 2. Click here for more details.
