Can't set up credit card on Versa 3

When I try and set up credit card on my Versa 3 wallet, after I enter my address, and click 'Agree' to T&Cs on the next screen, I get a message as follows - 'Error Invalid Entry. Please check your input and try again.' When I click ok on this message, I'm taken back to the 'Billing Address' input. Why is this happening when everything seems to be correct?

I can’t set up my cards either. I had my cards set up on the Fitbit wallet. But I had to re-set my Versa 3 watch back to factory settings because sometimes my Versa 3 goes into these endless cycles of re-starting itself. And when it keeps re-starting itself, I have to reset the actual Versa 3 to factory settings, and then basically set up everything again. Anyway, I tried to add two cards back to the Fitbit wallet. These are cards I had in there previously. In the actual Fitbit app on my iPad, I get to set up the card again, and I get to the point where it says “Verify Card.” Anytime I try to select Verify Card and select SMS Text Message as the way I want the bank to send me a confirmation, it says “Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Try again later.”  This is a Fitbit issue It has never taken my three or four weeks just to set up my cards in the Fitbit Wallet, but I’ve been trying to add my cards back for probably nearly a month now, and that stupid “Sorry an unexpected error occurred” message keeps appearing in the Fitbit app.
