THE CREDIT CARD/WALLET HASN'T WORKED FOR MONTHS!  maybe even a year by now.... Tried the full factory reset and still nothing.  Why is this still a problem?  I've got at least 4 case numbers... And I see it has been a problem for others for YEARS.

That's probably because the bank may not support Fitbit Pay .
