Im trying to set up music on this fitbit and wifi not connecting..plus my lapt top can not locate my versa...for music but locate it for any other update?

@TinaL74 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the difficulties you've experienced with your Versa since it's not connecting to WiFi when trying to set up music.

 

I would like to know if you get any error message when trying to connect your Versa with your WiFi.

 

Please make sure that you are following the instructions that are listed in this help article in order to learn how to listen to music with your Fitbit Versa.
