Hello, I have the fitbit versa 3 and I love it, but I am having complications with the fitbit pay. My bank is supported by fitbit pay, but when I put my card information in I receive an error code stating my card is not supported. It is a Mastercard and has pulse, so I do not understand why the card is not supported if the app supports my bank??? Please help.

Hi there, @Mwright0711. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with Fitbit Pay. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please make sure that your Versa 3 is syncing properly to your Fitbit app. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue persists, try the following:

  • Restart your Fitbit device and phone.
  • Restart Bluetooth on their phone.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Try adding your card again.

Hope that helps.
