setting up my new versa 2 and made it to amazon but wont except my email address

To better assist you, would you mind to letting me know if you're getting an error message regarding the email address? Is this the first time you tried creating a Fitbit account? 

I suggest to reset your password by following the steps in this link How do I change or reset my Fitbit password?
