Can't set up my Versa 2

versa 2 wont pair with my google pixel 2. I have tried all the stupid little tricks, turning bluetooth on and off, yada yada, all the stuff in the handbook. it still wont pair. the screen just searches and searches and npthing will work. all i can see on the fitbit is the logo. how in the world do you guys have issues with blutooth in 2020? i bet i could go to walmart and get a knockoff brand that would work better than you piss products. who do i call to get a new one of these.

Hi @bryan794, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 won't pair with your Google Pixel 2. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try setting up your watch from scratch as instructed in this help page and see if it connects with your phone properly.

i avoided messing with the thing for a week because it frustrated me so
much. the fitbit will not show anything unless i charge it for 15 minutes.
I left it in the charger for over 4 hours so it hased to be fully charged.
the thing just doest work at all. when its on, all that shows is the logo
and it wont let me pair. please give me an actual phone number to call
instead of useless help pages. I will be attempting to replace this device,
it is not functioning, i was given a lemon.

Mine is doing the same thing!  I did all your steps (bluetooth on off, remove, readd, reinstall app) and nothing adds devices to pair with my pixel 2.  It used to work and now it just stopped one day!

It also used to pair if I hook USB to a computer but that doesn't work either!
