My Versa 3 lost connection to my iPhone and was showing an incorrect time of difference of 7 minutes. I tried restarting the Versa, removing from Bluetooth and removing from app.Now when I try to add it back to the Fitbit app, it can't be found. When I try to open the Settings app on the Versa, it either freezes up and goes back to the Home Screen/clock or it shows me a garbled image and freezes up. Since I can't get the Setting app to open, I can't have it erase and go back to factory settings
