Can't set up my Versa 3

Can't setup the versa 3 to my phone. It does showing pairing code, but failed to connect to my phone. Numerous time restart the device as well as checking whatever tips in discussed in here. Not even a year yet...only 5months

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

On a side note, please know if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi Marre,

I'm using oppo with the os version 11. At first i can't sync my versa3, numerous time try to sync, i tried using factory reset. Since that, i can't setup back the device. It does give me code to pair, but unable to connect.
