Can't set up my Versa 3

I've had fitbit before so now I can't set my versa 3 because it says I'm already logged in with the email address I have

Hi there, @Tlutz. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, it looks like you're clicking on "Join in" instead of "Log in". If you're adding a second Fitbit device to your account or replacing an old one, see How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

It sounds like you are trying to create a new account.  If you already have an account, just log back into the same account to switch devices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
