Can't set up my Versa 3

I am trying to pair the versa 3 with my phone and I am not receiving a pairing code

Hi @mary9616 - just to be sure, in the Fitbit App, you logged out and in to get it to sync and if that failed,

you removed the Versa 3 entries from the phone's Bluetooth and clicked profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace?
