Can't set up my Versa 3

Hi. My Versa 3 was having trouble charging and sometimes swiping between the screens became inconsistent. In my frustration I decided to remove my device from my account to reboot. Unfortunately now when I try to add the device back on I sometimes get to the point where my phone wants the 4 digit code my watch is supposed to provide but it only brings up the green login screen with no code. When I follow the troubleshooting process it sometimes Bluetooths to my watch and sometimes not. It is another issue I have. Does anyone know how I can get my phone to pair again. I have tried the Live Chat but may have not have got issue across very well. Much appreciated

Check your phone's bluetooth connections to make sure you really did remove the fitbit device.

Yes, it is possible to pair a device a 2nd time by adding a new device.

If you have removed it from your account, the time that shows on Fitbit device is basically irrelevant.

I just know that sometimes it takes several tries to add new device.  It helps to remove all other bluetooth devices far away.

I'm not sure I'm familiar with green login screen of Fitbit but that's probably irrelevant.

How did you 'remove your device from your account'?

Hi. Is it possible to pair a device a second time if going through the process of adding a new device eg not a new watch. Further information is that my watch has lost 18 minutes of time. My watch shows 4:27 but my phone shows 4.45. In case this indicates something too

Great.  What did it? or just kept trying?

Perhaps moving all devices out of Bluetooth range?
I removed my old iPhone from settings. When my phone asked for the 4 digit code this time when the green screen popped up, this time the digits appeared very quickly which hadn’t in previous tries. Go figure 👍. Can’t be too sure except moving my iPad away was the main thing I did differently. Only thing on previous trys I hadn’t been close to it. As you said it doesn’t always pair the first few times.

Thanks for bothering to reply.  I guess it sometimes does get confused the more bluetooth devices it sees, though would be nice if it didn't.
