Can't set up my Versa

I just got a Versa, downloaded the app from the window store, tried to add my new device, the app will not recognized the Versa. Has communicated once, but after entering the four digit code, I get a connection error. I have returned one Versa for not connecting, now the second is doing the same.

 

I have done all the recommendations. Restarting Versa, reinstalling app, restarting the computer. I am beyond frustrated, and not technically challenged. I have this beautiful new watch on my desk that I can't even use.

 

Any help appreciated before I return my birthday present. Using a Windows 10 computer.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Versa? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? article and follow the instructions provided there.
