Can’t set up my versa

I bought a new iphone (11) and I tried to synchronize it with my Fitbit versa  but couldn’t so I removed the device to start fresh, now my phone can’t find my versa. 
I tried everything. Please help

Normally a user simply logs into their account on the new Phone and gives the request. 

Now that the tracker has been removed, telling Fitbit I don't want the tracker will never fix a sync issue and now we need to fix a tracker that still can not be found. 

I would look at help, and also edit the title to 'em include iOS.
