Can't set up new device

Hi, had my new Fitbit delivered yesterday after waiting weeks for it!!! Tried setting it up all afternoon yesterday and this morning still no luck absolutely gutted and so annoyed. It’s picking the Fitbit up straight away the Bluetooth but when trying to pair on the set up it keeps dropping in and out of the Bluetooth!! Why is this?? And before anyway asked ive tried every step (10) on their troubleshooting page and I’m getting nowhere???

Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up your device in this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? 

 

You can confirm the complete troubleshooting steps here. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please let me know the model of your phone. If possible, try to set up your watch using another supported device
