Hi, 

 

I have just recently upgraded my iPhone to a 14 pro and re-connected my Fitbit versa 3, however now I am having issues with WhatsApp and Facebook messenger not appearing on my app list to enable notifications, I have done several resets on phone and Fitbit. I have received both what’s app and messenger, messages which is supposed to then force a sync to then show in my app list but they aren’t there. 
I have toggled notifications on and off but nothing. 
Any suggestions welcome? Thanks

Hi @Caz1516 - when you don't see WhatsApp app in the App notifications list make sure you have a pending notification in the phone's status bar before selecting Notifications and App notifications option. See How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? 

It goes without saying that the old phone or any other devices running the Fitbit App must be off.
