Hi there, @Human_Being. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

I agree with @Guy_. With that being said, please follow these steps in the order shown:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
  • Set up notifications once again.

Hi @Human_Being -  in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, scroll to Notifications, and see inside App Notifications.

That is what I did, it was not there. All permissions are allowed.

Hi @Human_Being  - if the "Notifications" link is completely missing in the device photo page of the Fitbit App there are a couple of things you can do.

Logout of the Fitbit App, clear the cache, force stop the app and swipe off the active window. Restart the phone and watch and sync.

If it is still a problem and you have a Fitbit App compatible phone see Fitbit-compatible devices , uninstall the Fitbit App  and reinstall it and do any special setups.

If that doesn't help, sync the watch, then remove the watch Bluetooth entry from the phone and the device from the Fitbit App and run "+ Set up a Device" to replace it.
