Can't set up notifications on my Versa 2

In the app when I select which notifcations I want there is not whatsup or email options. So the versa 2 is not receiving notifications, I hv samsung a51. 

 

All syncing ok,

But can't see options in app to select notifications,

Please make sure that your phone is running the most recent Fitbit app version. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.

 

After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if it receives notifications properly.
