Trying to set up my versa 2. I cant get incoming texts or calls to come through

Hi there, @Jan246i. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. 

As a first approach, please make sure that your Versa 2 has been properly linked to your Fitbit account. Otherwise, it won't receive notifications. To make sure your watch has been paired, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If it hasn't been linked yet, please see How do I set up my Fitbit device? 

Once the above has been verified, please set up the notifications by following the steps provided here How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
